We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely perfect—convenient and central. We booked a suite and were very happy with it. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and well-designed, offering great comfort throughout our stay. The staff were truly exceptional. Both the day and night teams were very helpful, informative, and took great care of us. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also good The freshly made egg omelette was my wifes l favourite—delicious and well-prepared. Pros: Excellent location Spacious and comfortable rooms breakfast Friendly and attentive staff Cons: The towels could be improved; they seemed a bit old and had an unpleasant smell. Either replacing them or ensuring a more thorough wash would really help. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We liked the hotel staff. A young man at the reception was very helpful to answer questions from the best local restaurant to calling car rental on my behalf, and to providing actual physical assistance helping with luggage to our car when we were checking out. He was kind and patient. We felt really welcomed. He was the best hotel host to compare to other 3 hotels in Germany we stayed in this time. Hotel location was super central . Hotel is situated right on the square behind a ferry wheel during Christmas market. Our room window looked at the Ferry Wheel and part of the square. It was really a magical experience. Breakfast was very good.

Great location in the centre of town. Easy walk to restaurants and the Palace. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable. We were travelling with our daughter who appreciated the room layout with a living area with sofa bed that was separated from the bedroom. Room was well furnished, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We found the room to be very quiet despite the location downtown. We travelled with our family dog, who was welcomed without any issues. There is a small fee for the dog to stay, but it was quite reasonable.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with a wide range of amenities, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly and attentive to all our needs. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, Hotel Kaiserhof provided a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect, downtown at the central square. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast also very good, all you need and more to start a day! P.S. the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived 11am and the lady at the front desk made arrangements with an Italian restaurant nearby so we could have something to eat. We appreciated a lot having kids. Would recommend 100%
